All Notify template management features are housed in the Compose Message screen.

Using an existing template
- Begin by creating a new Notify message.
- Add your audience.
- Select "Apply Contact Selections."
- Use the "Compose Message" option to move to the Compose Message screen.
- Select the "Load from Template" dropdown to view existing template options.
- Select the template you would like to apply.
The template details will populate the message name, message types, and text composition fields.
You can edit the content of this individual message, then proceed to "Translate Message" to continue to edit and send.
(Note: editing the contents of this individual message will not modify the template itself. See below for editing a template.)
Creating a new template
- Begin by creating a new Notify message.
- Add your audience.
- Select "Apply Contact Selections."
- Use the "Compose Message" option to move to the Compose Message screen.
- Compose your message using the message name, message types, and text composition fields. These will be the details included in your Template for future use.
- Select "Save As New Template"
- Input a name your template and select "Save"
Editing a template
- Begin by creating a new Notify message.
- Add your audience.
- Select "Apply Contact Selections."
- Use the "Compose Message" option to move to the Compose Message screen.
- Use the "Load from Template" dropdown to select the template you'd like to edit.
- Make any edits to the message name, message types, and text composition fields.
- Select "Apply Changes to Existing Template" to save your changes.
Deleting a template
- Begin by creating a new Notify message.
- Add your audience.
- Select "Apply Contact Selections."
- Use the "Compose Message" option to move to the Compose Message screen.
- Use the "Load from Template" dropdown to view the list of templates.
- Select the trash can icon next to the template name you'd like to delete.
- Confirm template deletion by selecting "Yes."
