SchoolStatus makes it easy to see all of your assessment data in one place. In this article, I'll show you how to access your third-party assessments. Let's begin!
When you login to SchoolStatus, you'll be presented with your landing page, or home screen. From here, you'll want to click on the Assessment Module, from the main menu.
Next, you'll be presented with instructions telling you to click the Drop-Down Menu in the top right corner, so that you can select your assessment.
In your dropdown list, you'll see all of the assessments that are used at your district.
Once you select an assessment, you may use the filtering options to narrow results. You can also sort and export the data. Make sure to click the refresh/update button to execute changes after applying filters.
Now, you have the option to download a copy of this assessment data should you need to. Simply hover over the last column in the assessment data and click the three vertical dots and select Download. A small box will pop up allowing you to select the Format you wish to use (CSV, Excel, etc). Once you select your format click Advanced data options and select 'All results' under Number of rows to include. Pro tip: Selecting All Results will override the 500-row limit to show you the full data!
Click the dots next to any student name to pull up the Student Card.
