Case21 Assessment Data

Case21 Assessment Module Data

SchoolStatus can import your district’s Case 21 data for you. It will be displayed in two places, on the Student Card, and in the Assessment Module.

Access Case21 data by clicking on Assessment on the Main Menu.

Then choose the assessment data you want to view.

This will show you all the students in your district, class, or school (determined by your scope) who have taken a Case21 exam in the specified school year.

You can see prior years Case21 data by selecting the year from the School Year drop-down and the School (if you have access to multiple schools) or download the data by clicking the 3 dots on the right side. Click the circle arrow after making your selection to refresh and see your data.

Accessing Case21 data from the Student Card

You can also access that data for individual students by going to the Student Card and clicking on Assessment.

From there you will see the Case21 data for that particular student. Simply click the drop-down and select the Assessment you wish to see.
