Click the Engagement tab to see a list of the most recent engagements. The line graph shows an overview of calls, texts, and emails, and the bubble graph shows the communication activity throughout the day.
Engagement Metrics Explained
It's now easier than ever to get a complete picture of parental communications within one platform. Let's take a look.
This new dashboard gives you overall communication totals by User and by Student, along with an hourly activity analysis. Remember, these metrics will be scoped to your access level (Teachers see only their communications, Principals and District-level Personnel see all communications within their scope).
Totals Over Year
To zoom in on the graph, use your mouse to draw a box over the time span you want to see. Hit the Reset zoom button to return to the main view. To see totals for a specific type of communication, hover over any date with your mouse. You can also click on the legend to remove any of the communication types (calls, emails, texts, and video).
Note: Sending texts and emails- and seeing those metrics- are features in our enhanced communications package. If your district doesn't have that, tell them you want it!
User and Student Detail
Easily view who has been engaging or been engaged the most (or least) in the User Activity and Student Activity sections.
To view specific calls, texts, and emails, you can click the dots next to a student's name, taking you directly to that student's Student Card. Click on Engagement to view the conversation details. You can also translate a message from a parent back to English if needed.
Note: On calls, you have the option to playback an audio recording of the call or read the transcript. You can also download the recording or make comments.
