As the school year comes to a close, we want to share a few important reminders and best practices to help you prepare your SchoolStatus Classic data for the upcoming year.
Please review the items below and complete any needed actions by the recommended deadlines.
Archiving teacher-created groups
Complete the Required End-of-Year Data Form by May 15, 2026
This year, we are introducing a new process for scheduling data sync pauses and resumptions.
To help us align sync pause and restart dates with your district’s specific timeline, please complete the required End-of-Year Data Form by May 15, 2026.

Click on Submit Request

From the drop-down, select the End-of-Year Data Form (Complete by May 15, 2026)

Complete the form as instructed, and click Submit.
Note:
- Use the Subject field to enter your school or district name.
- In the Description field, include any questions, concerns, or additional details you would like us to know.
Data Sync Pauses and Resumptions
All data syncs will be paused on 🔴 June 15 and will resume on 🟢 July 15.
If you need to adjust this schedule, please contact our support team. You may also temporarily disable daily syncs by accessing your SIS Rostering settings.
Archiving of Teacher-Created Groups
For districts using the Groups module, all teacher-created groups will be archived on July 1.
If you would like additional groups removed, please get in touch with our support team.
Notify Us of Significant Data Changes
If you anticipate major changes to how your district sends data to SchoolStatus, such as changing your SIS or rostering method, please notify our support team as early as possible to help ensure a smooth transition.
