It's the beginning of a new school year, and student rosters don't seem accurate!
Remember we sync schedules nightly. Because schedules and rosters are changing rapidly at the beginning of a school year, there may be some periods of time where rosters look incorrect. We recommend waiting until things settle down before reaching out to SchoolStatus. However, if it's been a few days, reach out to us at email@example.com and we'll make sure everything is synced!
If you see students who are no longer enrolled in your Courses, check your SIS.
Please confirm with your district that withdrawn students have already been officially un-enrolled and are no longer appearing in your SIS--that's the first thing we'll ask when you reach out to us.
If your enrolled students are not visible in SchoolStatus, contact us!
We will ask you for examples, so you may want to review your rosters and have a list ready. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
