What is Contact Flagging?
Any user can flag a contact number for any reason. It doesn't just have to be that the number is inaccurate. You might make a note that the number is temporarily out of service until next week or that you should contact another person for the time being. Regardless, we give you the ability to flag a number and leave a note on it. Here's how to do it on mobile:
Let's flag!
Once logged in to the mobile app, click Contacts at the bottom, then you can search for the student's name and select that student from the list.

Once you've selected the student, you can click on the contact you wish to flag.

On this screen, you'll have the option of viewing 'Flag Notes' and adding a note. To flag the contact, simply select Flag Phone Number.

Here, you'll have several reasons to choose for flagging the number. You can also add notes here as well.

That's it! Now anyone who is accessing this contact on this student will see your flag and notes. Help keep your fellow educators in the loop by leaving detailed flag notes.
But who can resolve and remove flags for the whole school? Answer: Only those who have access to the 'Flagged Contacts' module. Check out this help article for that topic.
