We've made it very simple to translate messages from the mobile app to help remove the language barrier between you and your parents. Let's begin!
Translating Your Message
Log in to the mobile app and click the + icon at the top right to begin a new message.
Choose either an Individual Message or a Broadcast Message...
Then, select your student either from the list or by searching their name and then select the contact you wish to message.
Enter your message and then click the translation button below the text box to bring up your language options.
Once you pick your language, you will be taken back to the message screen so you can attach any needed images and then send the message.
Translating Previously Sent Messages
If you'd like to translate any previously sent message, simply log into the app and choose a conversation from either the Individual or Broadcast section.
Click on any conversation to be taken to the next page and then click the translation icon next to any message to see your language options.
Once you choose your language, you'll be taken back to your conversation with the original message displayed along with the translated message.
Now you can see messages in any language we support.
Auto Translate Settings
If you have all of your preferred languages set on the Student Card, you can use the toggle under Settings - Access & Notifications to enable auto-translation.
