Have you ever needed to send a message or perhaps a document to a student group, but the message was a little too long to send over text? Well now, you can! Below are some quick and easy steps on Emailing a Student Group!
How to begin!
First, you will want to make sure you've selected your Preferred Email Contacts on the Student Card by simply clicking on the star next to the email.
Then, simply click on Groups on the left side menu of your account and select the group you would like to email by clicking on that group. Once the group has been selected, you should now see Email highlighted within a blue box. Click Email!
Next, you will see a screen labeled New Email. This will look much like a normal email with the familiar fields To, Subject, Attachments, and of course Email Body. The 'To' field should be populated with the name of the Student Group along with the number of contacts that will receive the email just below. Email perks: you can send attachments, you can translate your message to a different language and there are no character limits! Once you have your message typed and your attachments added, simply click Send and you are done!
*Please note - your email will be sent to ALL Contacts for that group that have an email listed on the Student Card - Contacts page.
