I want to let you know that, during this crisis, SchoolStatus is serving users across the country and may appear sluggish at times.
We typically aim for 50% utilization of resources during any given school day. This allows us to double the amount of messages we’re sending and receiving without issue. As a result of COVID-19, SchoolStatus is currently receiving 450% of the daily volume we expect.
As a result, we may take certain graphs offline in times of extreme traffic in order to ensure our users can send and receive messages with parents. We’ll replace the display of these graphs with “Temporarily Disabled due to Traffic Volume”.
