How do I translate a message I am sending?
We have made it easy to translate your messages into the preferred language of the person you are sending a message to! Simply type out your message, click the drop-down next to Translate to (language), and select the language you want to translate your message to. Note: when you translate the message, you will see the newly translated message display on your screen. Press Send when you are ready!
How do I translate a message that I received?
Let’s say you received a text message from a parent, however, you are not quite sure what the message says because it was typed in a different language. No problem! Simply click on Translate from (language) and select the language you prefer.
This is a view of your received message after you translate it. Note: The message will translate to the language you preferred under the original message.
What if there is no "Translate to English" to click?
Sometimes the language of short or informal messages can't be recognized, so if you don't see a "Translate to English," you can copy the text and paste it into https://translate.google.com/
