When I try to submit, I get a message saying that I have missing Educator IDs.
SchoolStatus imports a blank summative score file directly from MDE Sharepoint. Sometimes teachers who have been scored may not have an educator ID in that file. This could be because they go by a different name/surname than what is on their state teaching license. It also could be because there are multiple certified teachers with the same name in the state.
To resolve blank teacher ID numbers, click on Scoring Submission and scroll down to see a list of teachers. Click Show Missing under the Educator ID heading. Click the MDE search button to look up the number, or type the number in manually and save it.
What if I submitted the scores and then realized that I still have teachers that need to be scored?
Don’t worry! You can submit the scores as many times as you want before the June 30 deadline. Every time you click to submit, the file you create replaces any previously submitted file in MDE Sharepoint.
I want to make sure that my scores are submitted. How do I know?
You can log into your district’s MDE Sharepoint account. Once logged in, click on the folders in this sequence: sd#### Evaluation M-Star_Import. You will find the summative score file located there. If submitted, you will see that each file has the data needed. New this year, you'll also see a time and date stamp on your scoring submission page indicating when and whom last sent scores.
I’ve scored all my teachers, but my scoring progress is not at 100%. What do I do?
Check out the Scoring Progress page. The navy progress band shows TGR scores only. If you have used a non-TGR rubric to score educators, they will show up as gray. Because only TGR scores are required to be submitted, you can proceed to submit the scores without 100%.
How do I delete a score after I have completed it and sent it to the teacher?
To delete a score after it has been completed and sent to the teacher, contact SchoolStatus.
