Why is my page not responding/incomplete/blank?
A few things are possible here: maybe your temporary files bank is full, or your internet connection is "timing out" (it stops trying to load) before the data page fully loads. Make sure you have accepted the browser's "Allow 3rd party cookies" prompt, too.
Why delete your browser history?
Your internet browser uses temporary files to store some data. This makes your internet page load pages quicker because it means the page doesn't have to rebuild the entire display from scratch every time you click your mouse. However, this helpful convenience keeps your page from getting the "freshest" data, and can also store inaccurate information (like old passwords) that can cause your functions to fail.

What's a cookie? What's a cache?
A cookie is a small amount of text-only data that your computer saves. A cache (pronounced "cash" not "cash-ay") is a storage location on your computer where a web page can store files (like pictures), so the page doesn't have to download every single word or image over and over while you use the site. These make up your browser history. For example, when you put items into an online shopping cart, cookies allow the host site to save your cache for when you log in at a later date.
How to delete your browser history
Within Google Chrome, click the three verticle dots in the upper right-hand corner. Then, click More Tools.
After clicking More Tools, a new window will pop up to the side, select Clear Browsing Data.
When the new window appears, please click the Advanced tab and then select All time for the time range. We recommend deleting the items as marked below if you are getting a network error. If you suspect a saved password might be causing login problems, you can delete those, too. Once you have what you need marked, please click Clear data.
