Broadcast messaging is a feature in SchoolStatus that allows a user to send out single message to multiple users at once. It's like a group message but responses come back as 1 to 1 conversations, so when a parent replies other parents will not see that message. In this article, I will walk you through how create a Broadcast Message and select individual contacts to send the message out to.
Step 1: Click Broadcast from the bottom right of the screen
Step 2: Click +New Message, the orange button
Step 4: Select Students
From this screen you can CLICK on a STUDENT from the list or you can start typing in a students name to locate the student.
