Broadcast Messaging allows users to send messages to multiple recipients, while still keeping your cell number private. It's like a group message, but replies come back as 1 to 1 conversations between the contact and educator who sent the message.

Make sure your Preferred Contacts have been selected
Okay, so technically this is not a Broadcast step- but it has to be completed in order for your Broadcast to reach the parents who need to see it. Every student who will receive Broadcast messages has to have at least one parent "starred." You'll only have to do this once! If you have a lot of contacts who need marking, you may want to get other educators involved. Teachers tend to know the contacts of their students better than anyone.

Check your Settings
