Here's how to log into your account, and into your SchoolStatus Mobile App, for the first time.
Here's how to log into your SchoolStatus Account on the web
First, find your Welcome email in your inbox, and click the orange "Create your Password & Login" button
When your account is added by your district, you should receive a Welcome email which looks like this:

Once the welcome email is sent, it is only valid for 7 days. You can email Help@schoolstatus.com from your school email address if you need assistance.
Type in your New Password, Confirm it, then click Create New Password.

Read Pop-up Notifications when you see them
We add tips and announcements to keep you informed. Click the X in the upper right corner to close the pop-up.
Adjust your Settings
Settings is where you can add and verify your phone number (remember, we keep it private, always!) and adjust your call back windows and other communication settings.
Head to the SchoolStatus Learning Lab
If you are new to SchoolStatus, click on Learning Lab in the top menu bar. Complete any assigned courses by clicking Start next to the course name, or you can browse the catalog for more offerings.

After your first login, what if you can't get logged in again?
No problem! Click the hot pink "Login to SchoolStatus" button, or the "Get Help" button to connect with our Help Desk support team.

Here's how to log into your SchoolStatus Mobile App
Simply go to your Apple App Store (for iPhone) or Google Play Store (for Android) and search for SchoolStatus or click HERE for iPhone or HERE for Android. Download and you're ready to go!
Upon first opening the app, you'll need to enter your SchoolStatus login information; that's your school email address and password. You can also use the Login with Google, if that's an option for your district.
Next, you'll set your PIN and then enter it again to confirm. If you ever forget your PIN, you can click 'I forgot my PIN'. The app will force you to enter your login credentials and you'll be able to create another PIN.
