When your account is added by your district, you should receive a Welcome email which looks like this:
Step 1: Click Create your Password & Login
If the link in your email isn't working, you can request a new email from the SchoolStatus contact person at your district or from us by emailing Help@schoolstatus.com from your school email address. Once the welcome email is sent, it is only valid for 7 days.
Step 2: Type in your New Password, Confirm it, then click Create New Password.
Step 3: Read Pop-up Notifications
Always read the pop-up notifications. These will keep you informed of enhancements to SchoolStatus.
Click the X in the upper right corner to close the pop-up.
Step 4: Adjust your Settings
Settings is where you can add and verify your phone number (remember, we keep it private, always!) and adjust your communication settings.
Step 5: Head to the SchoolStatus Learning Lab
If you are new to SchoolStatus, click on Learning Lab in the top menu bar.
