If you are having trouble using your Feedbak 2 app for iPad, try these simple steps:
First, save any open work and make sure your data is as current as can be. Click Load Data and the green Update Data button. This imports new data from the web and sends your current work to the SchoolStatus website.
We recommend that you use Load Data/Update Data between observations, before performing any type of iOS updates, or anytime you alternate screens between the app and a browser window.
Do you see "Settings" on your menu? Make sure you are using the Feedbak 2 app with the gold "F" logo on your dashboard. We push updates to your app, so your version may be be higher than "2.6.0v4" shown above.
If not, save any open work (see step one, above) and then follow these instructions to download the latest version, or open a browser and go here:
If you are seeing last year's observations or aren't seeing this year's teachers, you may need to clear your completed Feedbaks from last year.
Go to Settings and click the green "Clear Completed Feedbaks" button.
This will open a confirmation screen that asks, "Are you SURE?"- scary, we know! If you have just used the Load Data/Update Data button, no data will be lost. If you haven't, tap "No" to leave the screen, and complete step one, above, before proceeding.
Check for iPad iOS software updates.
Restart. Power your iPad off for 10 seconds, then power on. (This closes apps and browser windows, so save your work first.)
