To begin a Summative Score, start by clicking Feedbak on the main menu.

You can find teachers who have not been scored two ways:
Click Scoring Dashboard, then search Teachers not Scored to find the right teacher. (Tip: You can limit your view by schools.) Next to the teacher's name, click View.

This will open the teacher's Observation by the Numbers page. Click the third tab, Feedbak Summative Scores, and click Add Score to select the rubric you want to score.

The other way is to click on the Scoring Progress page.
Click Scoring Progress, and you'll see an Overall Progress graph and a list of teachers below that. Select Hide Scored or Show Scored to toggle the teacher list and search for unscored teachers. Sort the list of names up or down until you find your teacher. (Tip: You can limit your view by schools here, too.)

When the Scoring form opens, select performance levels 1-4 on each Domain.
Use the Strengths (green stars) or Growths (yellow leaves) count beneath each indicator to see how that teacher has been evaluated in Formal observations. You can also review comments from Feedbak observations below each Domain. (Tip: Strengths and Growths recorded during informal observations will not show up here, since those are designed to give the teacher a chance to self-correct before the Formal observation.)

Click Finalize to complete your observation.
You can add Score Notes or leave remarks on Areas of Strength and Growth. Review your numbers; then Complete the Score and Send to Teacher, which sends a notification email. (Tip: The person who creates the scoring form has the option to Save for Later or Delete the score.)
