When you complete an observation using the Complete and Notify option, our system automatically sends a notification email to the teacher. If the teacher doesn't have a working account, you may receive an email like this. Once the teacher's account issue has been resolved, or if you have completed the observation using "Complete and Keep Private," you will want to send a notification to the teacher. First, find the observation by searching Teachers or your Completed folder, and open the observation to view. Click Actions and select Re-send Email to Teacher. A small green "Sent!" message will appear. Check your Recent Activity tab on the Feedbak dashboard to see who has recently viewed a Feedbak.
